As a parent of a 6th
grader, you don't need to be told that this is a time of transitions.
Whether this is your first, second or tenth child entering a new phase
of development, you undoubtedly understand that he or she is going
through a lot.
And so are you. Which is why we thought we would gather together some tidbits of information that you might find helpful. (see Transition Tidbits) Most importantly, we have found that maintaining a connection to church during the middle school years
is very important. Whether through Sunday school, Wednesday night
imPact, Carol Choir, a Thursday night Delve group, or Bible study, it is
crucial that your child has a safe place where he or she can grow in their relationship with Jesus and with other Christians during this time. We're here to help.
